Zara Lam is a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. She has spent the majority of her time in the Consumer and Retail practice area advising clients on how to become more effective at addressing consumer needs.
Zara joined BCG from Sears Canada. She has 15 years of experience in transformations across retail and financial services. During her time at Sears, she lead omni-channel strategy development and execution in the Home and Hardlines business. This role spanned category and channel marketing and merchandising - developing growth, partner, pricing and media strategies. Prior to joining Sears, she developed global digital and customer service capabilities for American Express.
